The Beginning

1997

 

Jungho Lee started cooking at age fourteen, helping his mother’s restaurant prepare food, for customers.

Jungho was never a missing component he had learned how to cook when he started studying abroad in korea

The First Venture

2001-2004

 

Chef Jungho decided to go to Sydney, Australia as an exchange student, started at TAFE College to achieve commercial cookery certificate level 3

He mainly did his major on Italian Cuisine, however he wanted to learn more about multicultural cuisine, therefore he learned various things in cooking with a wide view.

A New Challenge

2004-2006

 

Chef Jungho got hired as a supervisor in the main kitchen of Hyatt Hotel in U.S to build up his experience.

Chef Jungho flew to the “Masan” and discovered that he felt more at home than ever. He knew that he could meld the various flavours of multicultural cuisine with the richness and nuances of food. He went back to Korea to learn from his professor.
